This private estate is located at 344 Allée des Ormes in Mougins. It is sought after for its calm and its proximity to the Sophia Antipolis technology park, the Arnault Tzank clinic, Mougins School, the Devens school and all the major road axes.

The estate is served by a single road and has a single entrance closed by a gate. There are 34 villas, 26 of which are individual and 8 semi-detached, on a total land area of more than 1.7 hectares. It is a “lotissement” managed by an ASL (Association Syndical Libre), which means that each “coloti” owns its own land (with its own cadastral reference), only the roads, green spaces, lighting, mailboxes, the portal, the garbage room, etc... are common.
